EdgeBreak is operated by Crane Platform Labs and provides stock research tools, portfolio management features, educational resources and secure broker connectivity through supported third-party brokerage providers using OAuth authentication.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use EdgeBreak, we may collect information necessary to provide our research platform, manage your account, improve our services and support secure platform functionality.

• Account Information including your name, email address and account credentials when you register for an EdgeBreak account.
• Subscription Information including subscription status and payment records. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by EdgeBreak.
• Platform Activity including pages visited, watchlists, saved research, journal entries, workspace preferences and other platform features you choose to use.
• Technical Information including browser type, operating system, device information, IP address, session information and diagnostic data used to maintain platform performance and security.
• Support Communications including emails, feedback, feature requests and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting EdgeBreak.
• Broker Connection Information when you choose to connect a supported brokerage account. This may include account identifiers, portfolio information, positions, balances, orders and transaction history necessary to provide authorised platform features. EdgeBreak never collects or stores your brokerage username or password.

EdgeBreak uses your information only for legitimate business purposes related to operating the platform, delivering services you request and maintaining a secure user experience.

Broker Connections & OAuth Authentication

EdgeBreak may allow you to securely connect supported third-party brokerage accounts to provide portfolio management, order management and other authorised platform features. Broker connections are entirely optional and are initiated only with your explicit consent.

• Secure OAuth Authentication – Broker authentication is completed directly with your selected brokerage provider using OAuth. EdgeBreak never requests, receives or stores your brokerage username or password.
• Authorised Access – EdgeBreak only accesses the information and permissions you authorise through your broker.
• Broker Information – Where authorised, EdgeBreak may access account balances, portfolio holdings, positions, orders, transaction history and related account information required to provide platform features.
• Disconnecting Your Broker – You may disconnect a supported brokerage account at any time. Disconnecting a broker will stop future synchronisation, although certain records may be retained where required for security, operational or legal purposes.

Payments

EdgeBreak uses Stripe to securely process subscription payments. Stripe is an industry-leading payment processor that manages payment transactions using secure encryption and PCI-compliant infrastructure.

• Secure Payment Processing – All subscription payments are processed directly by Stripe using encrypted payment technology.
• No Card Storage – EdgeBreak does not collect, store or have access to your complete credit card or debit card details.
• Subscription Management – We retain only the information necessary to manage your subscription, payment status and account access.
• Billing Records – Basic transaction information may be retained for accounting, customer support and legal compliance purposes.
