Broker Security & OAuth Authentication

EdgeBreak is designed to integrate securely with supported third-party brokerage providers using industry-standard OAuth authentication. This approach allows you to authorise access to your brokerage account without sharing your brokerage login credentials with EdgeBreak.

• OAuth Authentication – When connecting a supported brokerage account, authentication takes place directly with your selected broker using secure OAuth technology.
• No Broker Passwords – EdgeBreak never requests, receives or stores your brokerage username, password or other confidential login credentials.
• Authorised Access Only – EdgeBreak can access only the information and permissions that you explicitly authorise through your brokerage provider.
• Secure Data Synchronisation – Portfolio information, account balances, positions, orders and other authorised account information are transmitted securely between your broker and the EdgeBreak platform.
• Disconnect At Any Time – You may revoke EdgeBreak's access to a connected brokerage account at any time through the Broker Centre or by disconnecting the integration with your brokerage provider.
• Independent Broker Security – Brokerage providers maintain their own security infrastructure, authentication systems and regulatory obligations. You remain subject to your broker's own security policies and terms of service.

Data Protection & Encryption

Protecting your information is a fundamental part of the EdgeBreak platform. We use secure technologies, encrypted communications and trusted infrastructure providers to help safeguard personal information, account data and authorised broker connectivity throughout the platform.

• Encrypted Connections – Information transmitted between your device and the EdgeBreak platform is protected using HTTPS and industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption.
• Secure Infrastructure – EdgeBreak is hosted using trusted cloud infrastructure providers that implement recognised security controls to help protect platform availability, reliability and stored information.

• Choose a Strong Password – Create a unique, complex password for your EdgeBreak account and avoid reusing passwords from other online services.
• Keep Your Credentials Private – Never share your login credentials with anyone and do not allow others to access your EdgeBreak account.
